What are your receiving hours?

Our receiving hours are from 7 AM to 6 PM, operating on a first-come, first-served basis for the docks. All drivers must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Not all wood pallets require heat treatment. However, those intended for international shipping must be heat-treated to eliminate pests and ensure compliance with regulations.

Our pallets are built with deck boards, base boards, and a wooden block or board for added stability and support.
What are EURO Pallets?

EPAL pallets, or Euro 1 pallets, are standardized wooden pallets designed for efficient transport and storage across Europe. We are certified to manufacture and supply Euro 1 pallets, adhering to EPAL’s rigorous quality and treatment requirements through regular audits.
What does pallet entry mean?

Pallet entry refers to the ability of forklifts and pallet jacks to access the pallet from two or four sides, offering maximum flexibility in handling.
What are the dimensions of EPAL 1 pallets?

Euro 1 pallets measure 1200 mm x 800 mm (47.2 in x 31.5 in).

Do you offer FSC-certified pallets?

Yes! We offer FSC-certified pallets on certain products for customers who require sustainable and responsibly sourced wood. Additionally, all of our EPAL pallets are FSC-certified. Our FSC claim is FSC Mix 100% or FSC 100%, ensuring responsible sourcing and sustainability.
What mulch & stone services do you offer?

Pickup at Our Store: Customers can pick up mulch or stone directly from our facility during business hours. Delivery: We provide mulch delivery services.
