Heat Treatment

Pallets and Crates – Ready for International Export
Ensure your pallets and crates meet international shipping standards with our certified heat treatment process.
ISPM-15 Compliance
To comply with the ISPM-15 standard for phytosanitary measures, wood packaging used in exporting must be treated to eliminate wood-borne pests. Heat treatment is the preferred method, requiring a core temperature of 135°F (56°C) for a minimum of 30 minutes. This process ensures that pallets and crates are safe and compliant for international transport.
Using advanced kilns, we bring our wood products to the required temperature, ensuring a complete sanitization process. Our experts oversee each stage, guaranteeing that every pallet and crate meets strict international shipping standards.
